Finding our Studio

Our studio is located in the beautiful Hyde Park Village shopping area just south of downtown Tampa located at the corners of Swann and Dakota Avenues within a few minutes of I-275, I-75, and Tampa's Lee Roy Selmon Expressway (S Crosstown Exwy - 618 in the map below).   Our studio is at the red A balloon in the map below and the red pushpin village layout to the left.

There is plentiful, free and secure parking in parking garages convenient to our studio as shown in the diagram of Hyde Park Village on this page.  Garage entrances on Swann Avenue to the north, more convenient to our studio, east on Swann Avenue and South Rome Avenue to the south are marked by the blue and white arrow symbols in the diagram.

Our studio is tucked away in the Snow Circle Shops as shown by the large orange arrow pointing to the red push pin.  The recent construction is complete and we are getting new neighbors soon.

Quick Driving Instructions

From I-275

1. Take the Armenia Avenue exit and follow it south (it's one way) for 1.3 miles.
2. Turn Left on Swann avenue (east) for 6 tenths of a mile.
3. The Swann Avenue parking garage is on the right opposite The Wine Exchange.

From Kennedy Boulevard, from the West

1. Proceed east, toward downtown Tampa
2. Turn right, south, onto Armenia Avenue which is well marked with the street name over the intersection.
3. Follow Armenia Avenue until it ends at Swann Avenue.
4. Turn left, west, onto Swann Avenue and proceed .5 mile
5. Turn into the parking garage on the right which is opposite The Wine Exchange

From Kennedy Boulevard, from the East

1. Proceed out of downtown Tampa proceeding to the west
2. Turn left onto Willow Avenue which is easily identified by the large railroad crossing
3. Follow Willow Avenue to Swann Avenue and the steps 3 and 4 for the Crosstown Expressway, below.

From the Lee Roy Selmon (Crosstown) Expressway (toll)

1. Take the Willow Avenue exit (exit 4) and go south.  If coming from the west on the Crosstown, Willow is the first right turn immediately after leaving the toll booth.  If coming from the east it is the first available left turn.
2. Follow Willow Avenue for 4 tenths of a mile
3. Turn right at Swann Avenue - the first stop sign - and go 2 tenths of a mile
4. The Swann Avenue parking garage is on the left opposite The Wine Exchange.
